In order to receive compensation, an entrepreneur had to pay an IDP salary that was not less than the minimum.
There are two approaches that allow Entrepreneurs receive compensation for hiring IDPs, namely online and offline. After choosing one or another method, a number of mandatory steps must be taken.
Criteria for self-employment to receive compensation
In order for entrepreneurs to receive compensation for the employment of migrants, they must meet the following requirements:
- employed IDPs after February 24, 2022, provided that the displaced person also received a certificate after February 24;
- paid them a salary not less than the minimum (6500 hryvnias).
Online
1. Register or log in to the portal in the citizen's office on the Action portal with an electronic signature.
2. The Action portal will find you in the list of recipients of payments of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
3. After verification, select the period for which you want to receive compensation and enter information about the internally displaced person employed.
If you choose the period for receiving compensation for the second month, confirm further employment.
4. If the application for the first month of compensation for employed internally displaced person was submitted to the branch of the State Agency for Refugees, when choosing the period of receiving compensation for this person for the second month, indicate this in the answer to the question and enter information about employed internally displaced person. confirm further employment.
5. The portal will check whether this person is in the IDP register.
6. Enter the current account details to receive the funds, after which the Portal will generate an application.
7. Sign the application with an electronic signature and then it will be sent to the State Employment Center.
Offline
Contact your local employment center or send an e-mail with information about employment within the displaced person. p>
As a result, you will receive funds for wages for employment within the displaced person to the specified current account.
If you continue to work within the displaced person, apply for compensation for the 2nd month.

Earlier, the Ministry of Digital Transformation said that entrepreneurs who employ internally displaced persons will be able to receive 6,500 hryvnias for each such employee.
It will be recalled that the government has provided portfolio guarantees to creditor banks to support micro, small and medium enterprises.
