The Social Democratic Party of Germany will be investigated , writes Tagesspiegel. The publication noted that at the party party, where Chancellor Olaf Scholz was also present, some girls could have been mixed with “rape substances.” Thus, the criminal police of Berlin started an investigation “on the fact of causing dangerous bodily harm”.
The publication stated that they had access to messages from the SPD internal chat. From them it turns out that the incident with the party happened on July 1. At the same time, there were around 1,000 people at the party, including deputies, employees of the Bundestag and electoral districts.
The newspaper also refers to a letter from the leader of the SPD faction in the Bundestag, Matthias Martin, to the party deputies, in which it is said that at the party “clearly” there were assaults with the use of “rape drugs”.
As of the morning of July 9, five victims were registered. The women complained that they did not feel well, felt dizzy, and did not remember anything after the party.
“Rape drug” (K.-o.-Tropfen) is the name given to substances that perpetrators use to make a person disabled.
