Ukraine was visited for the third time during the full-scale Russian invasion actor and film director Sean Penn and received the Order of Merit III degree from Volodymyr Zelenskyi. This was reported to the Office of the President.

“This time our meeting was special. Sean brought his statuette “Oscar” as a symbol of faith in the victory of our country. She will be in Ukraine until the end of the war,” Zelensky said.

He added that he presented the award to Penn for his sincere support and significant contribution to the popularization of Ukraine in the world.
