Both countries summon Russian ambassadors
Denmark and Sweden summon Russian ambassadors to their countries after a Russian reconnaissance plane violated their airspace. This was announced by Aljazeera on May 1.
According to the newspaper, the authorities of both Denmark and Sweden reported that the Russian plane entered Danish airspace on Friday night east of the Danish Baltic island of Bornholm, and then has entered Swedish airspace.
Danish Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod also wrote about this on his Twitter account.

The incident with a Russian reconnaissance aircraft was called unacceptable by a Danish official. “This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely alarming in the current situation,” Jeppe Kofod wrote.
A similar reaction was made by the Swedish Foreign Ministry. “There are established procedures for such cases. This concerns, in particular, the summoning of a representative of the nation involved to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, “Aljazeera was quoted as saying by an e-mail from the Swedish Foreign Ministry.
“Inappropriate” given the escalation of tensions in the region due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
