Zelensky on the threat of an offensive from Transnistria: we are not very afraid of them

According to the president, 100% of the military in the occupied region is controlled by Russia.

The President noted that Transnistria may launch an offensive against Ukraine, as 100% of the military in the occupied region is controlled by Russia.

“As for the people, we understand that there may be a group of up to 15 thousand, but it is not very ready. Since they have no border with the Russian Federation, they can only receive reinforcements from the sky. This part of the group, if it leaves, we are not very afraid of them. Because out of 15,000, up to 3,000 people know how to fight, as far as we know. It may be a challenge, but we do not see a great threat there, “said the Ukrainian president.

Earlier, the Defense Ministry's GUR reported that, realizing the lack of significant success in the war against Ukraine and the effectiveness of Ukrainian units, the occupation command is trying to create zones of instability near the Ukrainian border and the appearance of a threat of Russian attack and pro-Russian armed groups from Transnistria .
