The General Staff noted that the greatest activity of Russian troops remains in Slobozhansky and Donetsk areas.
The invaders also continue to carry out offensive operations in eastern Ukraine to establish full control over Donetsk and Luhansk regions and maintain the land corridor with the occupied Crimea.
At the same time, the enemy continues to suffer significant losses of personnel and equipment. According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, up to 800 wounded and up to 200 bodies of the dead occupiers are in the psychiatric hospital of Malotokmatsky village of Rostov region, which was partially transferred to the Russian army.
Regarding the detailed situation in the regions of Ukraine:
In the Volyn and Polissya directions the Russians did not take active action. The Armed Forces of Belarus are carrying out tasks to cover the Ukrainian-Belarusian border in Brest and Gomel regions. Russian troops are carrying out tasks to cover the Ukrainian-Russian border in the Bryansk, Kursk and Belgorod regions. They carried out engineering equipment of the positions near the border crossing points.
In the Slobozhansky direction , the occupiers continue to increase their grouping. In particular, units from the Eastern Military District are moving from the Urazovo village of the Belgorod region to the territory of Ukraine.

In the Lyman direction , the enemy stormed the village of Shandrygolove. In the Severodonetsk direction , the Russians tried to establish control over Rubizhne and Voivodivka, but were unsuccessful. In the Popasnyansky direction , the invaders carried out assault operations in the direction of the settlement of Nyzhne. In the Avdiyevsky and Kurakhiv directions , they only fired on the positions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. The enemy army also conducted reconnaissance in the direction of the village of Prechistivka. However, she was unsuccessful and was forced to retreat.
In Mariupol , the Russian occupiers focused their efforts on blocking and defeating units of Ukrainian defenders in the Azovstal area.
Southbound the enemy did not carry out active offensive operations, but inflicted fire damage on Ukrainian positions in certain areas. The occupiers focused their efforts on maintaining the occupied frontiers, replenishing ammunition and engineering equipment positions.
In the Bessarabian direction , Russia continues to provoke tensions in the Transnistrian region of Moldova. The personnel of the operational group of the Russian troops is in combat readiness “Full”.
