UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has proposed the establishment of a contact group UN-Russia-Ukraine to address humanitarian issues in Ukraine, in particular the organization of safe humanitarian corridors. He said this at a press conference following a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow.
