Ukrainian national team won 11 gold, 18 silver and 19 bronze medals at the World Sports Gymnasium 2022, held from 14 to 22 May 2022 in France. Despite the war in Ukraine, 93 students aged 16 to 18 took part in the competitions in Normandy.
“During the competition, the Ukrainian national team won 11 gold, 18 silver and 19 bronze medals, thanks to which our athletes entered in the top ten among 63 countries. It is a great honor, pride and responsibility for the state to take part in such priority international student competitions, ”the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine quotes Minister Serhiy Shkarlet.
