One third of citizens returned to the pre-war regime.
To the usual mode of operation 32% of Ukrainians have already returned. Currently, 59% of those who had jobs before the war continue to work, although 46% in March, according to the sociological group "Rating", citing recent research.
Except for a third of citizens who returned to another 24% work part-time or part-time, and 3% have started working in a new job. Among the inhabitants of the south work 52%, the east – about 40%. Gradual resumption of employment is observed, including in the center, south and east.
At the same time, 39% of those who had a job before the war still do not have a job, although in March there were 53%. at the beginning of April – 41%.
Half of the respondents (54%) who lost their jobs during the war believe that they will be able to return to their previous jobs, but 40% do not believe.
Importantly, two-thirds of respondents who lost their jobs as a result of the war are willing to change jobs. 58% of respondents do not even mind retraining for another profession, and 49% are ready to work in another region of the country. Most of those who are ready to change their profession and place of work among residents of the eastern regions.
The ninth nationwide survey of the sociological group “Rating” was conducted on April 26 among 1,000 respondents aged 18 in all oblasts, except for the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea and Donbass by CATI (telephone interviews using a computer). Error of representativeness of the study with a confidence level of 0.95: not more than 3.1%.
