The aim of the project is to tell the world the true history of Ukraine and its defenders in the most accessible digital way.
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine plans to create an interactive online museum of the Veteran's identity. This was announced by the press service of the department following an online meeting of the Minister for Veterans of Ukraine Yulia Laputina and the team of the Ministry of Veterans with representatives of the World Congress of Ukrainians.
During the meeting, a relevant project was presented, the main purpose of which is to tell the world community about the identity of Ukrainians, as well as reveal the true history of Ukraine and its veteran defenders in accessible digital way.
Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitization Tatiana Kalita stressed that the initiative to create an online museum will provide an opportunity to better understand important historical information for the younger generation.
“It will allow the world to receive all the information about us in an accessible and accessible form. This is especially true for today's young people, who prefer digital content – short texts, videos, animations that are understandable to them. The content should also be translated into major international languages, which will allow to convey to the whole world without barriers how the Ukrainian Veteran was formed, what his identity is, who the Defenders are, ”Kalita said in an address to the audience.
