In the coming weeks, Britain plans to transfer to Ukraine anti-ship missiles “Brimstone”. This was reported by the BBC, citing the Deputy Secretary of Defense of the United Kingdom James Gippi. He spoke about the new military aid to the Armed Forces during a speech in the local parliament.

Last week, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that Britain was finding out how to deliver these missiles to Ukraine. In particular, the possibility of installing them on the car was considered. According to Gippi, the experiments were successful and in the coming weeks the weapons will be at the disposal of the Armed Forces. They are designed to defeat maritime and land targets. The range of the first model missiles reaches 20 km, and the second modification – up to 60 km.
