The transfer of hours in Ukraine is regulated by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 13, 1996 № 509 “On the procedure for calculating time on the territory of Ukraine”. The transition to summer time is carried out on the last Sunday of March, and to winter time – on the last Sunday of October.

On February 18, 2021, it became known that the Committee on Economic Development recommended that deputies adopt the bill “On the calculation of time in Ukraine” №4201 .
