One of the private houses in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, which was hit by the wreckage of a downed Russian missile on the night of March 28, belongs to former Ukrainian Prime Minister Witold Fokin. He himself confirmed this in a comment to Radio Svoboda.

“Yes, my house was damaged. It is also insulting because I am currently visiting my friend in Moldova. And I was going to go home, but it turned out that there was nowhere to go, because it broke the windows and doors. Therefore, until they conditionally cover the film, I can not return, “- said Fokin.

He added that the damage to the house was minor and he was confident that it would be rebuilt. According to Fokin, it takes about a week for him to return home.

“All this cannot be compared to what is being done now with our other cities. Mariupol is my mother's city. And when I look at it, it is impossible to hold back tears, “said the former prime minister.

According to Radio Svoboda, several other houses were damaged by the wreckage of the downed rocket. In particular, they broke the windows and cut down the facades. In addition, cars were damaged. There were no casualties, but pets were injured.
