He also spoke about looting in the capital.

“Residents of more than 200 houses were affected – they lost housing in whole or in part. As we know, they live with relatives and friends. We are dealing with this problem. There are up to a dozen houses where structural elements are damaged. However, most of them, as previously established by the commission with the participation of representatives of the Kyiv City State Administration, are subject to restoration. But their residents need to be temporarily relocated. This is already billions of hryvnias. There are city and state programs, and we are working to restore people's housing as soon as possible, “Povoroznyk said.

In addition, according to him, about 150 kindergartens, schools, hospitals, etc. were damaged in the capital. At the same time, until the full end of hostilities, it is impossible to say exactly how much money will be needed to rebuild and restore the buildings.

not for Kyiv.

Speaking of looting in the capital, Povoroznyk noted that in the first days of the active war there were several such high-profile cases, so security was strengthened. “But in reality, the looting is stopped by the citizens themselves, even if there are only two of them left on the 16-story entrance. I can assure you that the criminogenic situation in the capital is under control. And the key to this is the self-organization of citizens and mutual assistance, “- summed up the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration.
