The US Congress has supported a bill on land leases for Ukraine

For the document to enter into force, it must be signed by US President Joe Biden.

The US Congress supported the bill on arms supplies to Ukraine for Lend-Lease Program . The decision was made by the House of Representatives late in the evening on April 28 Kyiv time. The decision was supported by 417 congressmen, 10 voted against. Only Republicans were against.

The last time the lease was used during World War II to fight Adolf Hitler. Now this system should help Ukraine in the fight against Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

This document is entitled “Law on Land Lease for the Defense of Democracy of Ukraine from 2022”.
