“Now the White House has informed us that it is unilaterally withdrawing from the negotiation process and closing the communication channel,” Khramov said.

The Kremlin-White House Joint Group was set up to develop measures to protect against hacking attacks on critical infrastructure in Russia and the United States. Within this group, the parties exchanged lists of critical information infrastructure.
