Information on the number of wounded and the consequences of the shelling is being clarified.
Russian Army on Sunday, 29 May, again fired at a residential district in Nikolaev. As a result of enemy attack there are victims, the mayor of Nikolaev Alexander Senkevich noted in Telegram.
“This morning the Russian troops again fired at a residential district of Mykolayiv. We are finding out the consequences. Unfortunately, there are victims, “Senkevich said.

Earlier it was reported that Russians fired one of areas of Nikolaev by jet systems of volley fire, thus with use of cluster munitions. This type of air strike has been widely used in Iraq, Kosovo and Afghanistan, and experts describe it as chaotic and indiscriminate due to its coverage over a larger area than monoblock munitions.
