Is the West waiting until Ukrainian cities are completely destroyed?
Russia again brutally attacked non-military targets in Ukraine, this time – a high-rise building and a
recreation base. Although the US and the West supply Ukraine with weapons and weapons systems that change the “rules of the game” on the battlefield, it is not yet known whether the Western allies limit the use of these weapons to internal defense only, or whether Ukraine can use Western weapons in a fully appropriate manner to respond to Russian missile attacks, writes The Washington Post.
