The “Talent Advisors” company, based on the results of the tender, received an order to search for candidates for the position of general director of the “Operator of the gas transport system of Ukraine” LLC. This is reported in the Prozorro system.
For finding a worthy candidate “Talent Advisors” will receive UAH 1.7 million.
However, the current search for a candidate for the head of OGTSU is being conducted in violation of the principles of corporate governance< /strong>, since the supervisory board was never created in the company.
By the end of December, Talent Advisors must develop a profile and job description, determine a competition strategy and candidate search method, develop a competition notice, select candidates and screen them for suitability, conduct interviews of selected candidates with the supervisory board and assist it in determining the finalists of the competition.
Judging by the conditions of the tender, the search for applicants will be conducted worldwide.
Thus, the only competitor of “Talent Advisors” – the company “Recruitment Partnership” – offered a price almost one and a half times lower – 1.2 million UAH. However, his proposal was rejected because he did not have offices in North and South America and did not confirm the presence of offices in Europe and Asia.

Before creating “Talent Advisors”, he also managed the personnel department of the investment company “Concorde Capital”, and even before that he worked at “XXI Century Investments”.
