The Security Service of Ukraine found a Russian torture chamber in the village of Liptsi in the Kharkiv region. There, representatives of the so-called “people's militia of the LPR” together with the Russian military detained pro-Ukrainian residents, who were deported to Russia after severe torture. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
“Fighters of this terrorist organization and the Russian military illegally imprisoned there local residents who supported the territorial integrity of Ukraine and refused to cooperate with the enemy,” the SBU also said, adding that the torture chamber was discovered on September 23.
Currently, the investigation is establishing the identities of the injured Ukrainians. They also find out who was involved in these war criminals. All evidence will be sent to the ISS in The Hague.
