Experts report the possibility of Russians using the nerve agent “sarin”.
Volunteers received information that the Russian military has been given drugs to protect against poisoning by certain chemicals. This was reported by the Center for Counteracting Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council in Telegram with reference to the data of the volunteer analytical project InformNapalm.
In particular, according to InformNapalm intelligence, on March 17, Russian officers fighting in Ukraine were allegedly injected with Pralidoxime, an antidote to organophosphorus compounds.
Volunteers also learned that on March 20, the command staff of the Russian Armed Forces allegedly received ampoules with atropine, which is used as an antidote in case of chemical poisoning.
In addition, the CPI stated that the occupiers were likely to use the nerve agent “sarin” to continue the offensive in Ukraine.
“Specialists from InformNapalm report the possible use of sarin (used for military purposes as a poisonous substance of neuro-paralytic action) in those cities where the occupiers can not break through the defense,” – said in a statement.
The Center for Countering Disinformation also reminded that Russian propaganda continues to spread fakes about “American biolabs in Ukraine” and “pathogen leakage” from there. It was noted that the Russian military had already used phosphorus munitions and caused ammonia to leak.
“We cannot avoid so much misinformation. But we hope that these are just fabrications of the sick fantasy of the racists, ”the CPI said.
Earlier, US President Joe Biden said that the United States would respond if Russia used chemical weapons in Ukraine.
