Privatbank customers cannot log in to the Privat24 banking application. As a result of a minor failure , scheduled work is carried out. The bank's spokesman Oleg Serga said that the full operation of the application will be restored soon, the Observer writes.
The bank's customers began to worry, because when trying to log in to their account, the bank's customers saw a message about the scheduled work.
The bank reminded that the bank's customers have the opportunity to make payments in an alternative way. There are several options:
- SMS banking. Does not work with all cards and not all types of payments, but allows you to top up your mobile account or transfer money to the card. To do this, you need to send an SMS to the number 3700, the text of the message must contain certain commands.
- Payments by phone. To use the service, you need to call the number 3700. You must do this from the number that is linked to the PrivatBank card. There is an item “Payments by phone” in the voice menu of the answering machine. Further instructions will be provided by the robot.
