The President responded to the petition to ban full-time education from September 1

Zelensky instructed to work out the recommendations outlined in the petition.

Zelensky responded to the petition for a ban full-time education during the war, which received more than 26,000 votes.

The President noted that educational institutions, together with military administrations, will choose the form of organization for the beginning of the academic year depending on the situation.

< p>Also, the guarantor asked the Prime Minister to process the proposals set out in the electronic petition and to inform about the results of the review of the author of the petition.

As reported, on June 8, a petition was submitted on the website of the President's Office about prohibition of full-time education in schools until the end of martial law. As an argument, the author of the petition points to the fact that in many schools, narrow spans and stairs have been constructed, which will hinder the evacuation of children to bomb shelters during an alarm. In addition, the emotional state after air anxiety will not contribute to learning. In kindergartens, one teacher per group of 15 children will physically not be able to collect all the children and take them to the bomb shelter. The financial condition of many parents during the war does not allow them to provide their children with the necessary stationery and books.

It was also reported that 22 thousand Ukrainian teachers remain abroad today.
