US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin believes that Russia's war against Ukraine is unlikely to escalate into a nuclear conflict. He said this on Fox News.

“We say again and again that nuclear war cannot be won by either side. And that's why I think that rattling weapons and such rhetoric are just meaningless, “Austin said.
