Russian occupiers shelled Mykolaiv with cluster munitions. The shells exploded near a public transport stop, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council for Humanitarian Affairs of the region Hanna Zamazeyeva reported.
The shelling occurred during the “rush hour”, when there were many people returning at the stop home. The mayor Olexandr Sienkovych reported that as a result of the shelling, at least three people were killed and 12 were wounded.
“Hitting by cluster shells in the area of a public transport stop in a crowded part of the city! Just at “peak time”… This is nothing more than a targeted terrorist act to destroy the civilian population!” Zamazeyeva wrote in Telegram.
Medical and rescue teams are working at the site of the impact.
