The occupiers bombed almost empty oil depots in Ukraine – Sergei Kuyun

Expensive fuel played a nasty joke on the occupiers.

Оккупанты бомбили в Украине почти пустые нефтебазы - Сергей Куюн

There was almost no fuel at the oil depots that had been bombed by the occupiers since the beginning of the war throughout Ukraine. This was stated by the director of A-95 Consulting Group LLC Sergei Kuyun in an interview with the BBC.

“There were no special stocks of oil products at the attacked bases. The Ukrainian market has been working off wheels for a long time,” he said.

The expert explained that because the fuel was expensive and no one wanted to freeze large working capital on these stocks, and therefore no one did them much.

In addition, he said, the market was ready to attack oil depots.

“These attacks will not affect anything,” the expert said.

He also noted that the bombed oil depots will not affect the supply of fuel in the future, as market participants are not obliged to form any reserves.

“Supply will remain as it was. Especially since there are no requirements for the formation of stocks in Ukraine,” Kuyun said.

It will be recalled that since the beginning of the war, the occupiers have bombed at least a dozen oil depots in Kyiv , Rivne , Volyn , Lviv , Chernihiv , Dnipropetrovsk , Zhytomyr and Sumy regions .
