More than a hundred people have already applied for medical assistance.
As of 16:35 it is known that due to Russian rocket attacks on the center of Vinnytsia, 21 people died, including three children. Another 91 residents applied for medical assistance. This is reported by the State Emergency Service in Telegram.
Also, according to the latest information, 52 people were hospitalized. Among them are four children injured by the explosions. Of all the wounded, 34 people are currently in a serious condition.
In addition, rescuers are continuing the search for another 42 Ukrainians with whom contact was lost.
At 3:55 p.m., the State Emergency Service reported , that 55 buildings and 40 cars were damaged by enemy rockets in Vinnytsia.
319 people were involved in the operation to eliminate the consequences of the Russian attack, including pyrotechnicians, dog trainers and psychologists, as well as 33 pieces of equipment.

The head of the National Police of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko said that the number of victims of the rocket attack by the occupiers on the city has increased to 22 people. According to him, only six of them have been identified so far. This is stated in the message of the National Police in Telegram.
“To establish the identity of the deceased, DNA tests may be needed, so the investigators are asking the direct relatives (parents and children) of the missing to get in touch and submit biological samples,” added Klymenko.
For communication he suggested using the hotline numbers: 050-222-03-26 and 59-42-00.

The head of the National Police also clarified , that the number of missing persons has decreased to 39 people. One of those the rescuers were looking for died.
“The police found two wanted persons among the wounded. Unfortunately, one wanted person was found among the dead,” Klymenko said.

At 20:00 it is already known about 23 people who died as a result of the Russian strike on the center of Vinnytsia. 117 residents of the city sought help, and 66 were hospitalized, including three children. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service on Facebook.
They also said that 34 people are currently in serious condition, and five are in critical condition. Rescuers are still looking for 39 more Ukrainians, with whom there is no contact.
At that time, 248 employees of the State Emergency Service and 38 units of equipment were already involved in the operation.
