The new plan provides for military insurance, rule of law and anti-corruption component
The first draft of the national plan to restore Ukraine from the effects of the war , created as a result of 23 working groups, was presented by the team of the National Council for Reconstruction, Interfax reports citing Danylo Hetmantsev.
“Today is a very important day … presented to our Advisory Board the first draft of the national plan. Discussed the most important provisions, including possible anti-corruption, rule of law, insurance of military risks,” – wrote Hetmantsev.
According to Hetmantsev , The National Council received fair suggestions and comments on the finalization of the plan from the Advisory Board, whose members were Professor of Political Science at the Center for Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law at Stanford University Michael McFaul, Professor at Stanford University Francis Foucault of Eastern Europe and the Caucasus Matteo Patrone, Kateryna Maternova, Chair of the European Commission's Ukraine Support Group, Eric Berglof, Director of the Institute of International Relations (IGA) at the London School of Economics, Ivan Miklos, former Slovak Finance Minister, Vladislav Rashkovan, Ukraine's IMF Representative, and others.
