The introduction of new EU sanctions against Russia will be discussed with the Ukrainian Foreign Minister

European Foreign Minister Josep Borrell announces EU plans to provide an additional 500 million euros to Kyiv for the purchase of heavy weapons to repel the Russian military invasion of Ukraine, according to Voice of America.
