The IMF allocated $1.3 billion to Ukraine

The funds will arrive today.

The IMF Executive Board supported the allocation to Ukraine of about $1, 3 billion within the Rapid Financing Instrument. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyi.

“The IMF Executive Board has just supported the allocation of about 1.3 billion dollars to Ukraine within the Rapid Financing Instrument. The money will go to Ukraine today,” he said on Twitter.

Earlier it was reported that IMF representatives want to hold a meeting with the Ukrainian government on October 17 in Vienna > to discuss Ukraine's budget plans and monetary policy.
