To reduce the impact of sanctions, the Russian corporation has sent special instructions to subordinate structures.
Russian State Corporation Roscosmos bypasses international sanctions through Gazprobmank. This was announced by the Central Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
In particular, Roscosmos is stepping up payments through Gazprombank. The GUR noted that today this Russian state-owned bank has suffered little from international sanctions.
“Certain restrictions on it were announced only on May 8, but they will apply personally to the heads of the institution. Therefore, Roscosmos and other Russian monopolists will increase the volume of international payments, using its “inviolability”, the GUR reports.

In particular, the document provides for the following measures:
- restriction of settlements in foreign currency and transfer of settlements under concluded contracts in rubles;
- minimization of foreign currency on the accounts of banks subject to sanctions;
- opening accounts in subsidiaries of foreign banks or institutions of the Russian Federation that are not subject to sanctions;
- working out instructions on how to invest free money “Roscosmos”.

Gazprombank. In particular, 17 top managers of Gazprombank and persons who, according to the latest open data, were members of Gazprombank's board of directors were on the sanctions list. Sberbank is under US sanctions, and Gazprombank is subject to sectoral restrictions .
