Ambassadors of the European Union agreed on the eighth package sanctions against Russia, Radio Svoboda journalist Rikard Jozvyak reported.
The most controversial item – the introduction of a price ceiling for Russian oil – is included, the journalist claims. They plan to vote for the package on October 5.
