Russian media reported on the establishment of the so-called “Donetsk People's Republic” administration in Mariupol, surrounded by the Russian occupiers .
“I decide to create a local administration of the Donetsk People's Republic – the administration of the city of Mariupol,” Russian Interfax quoted the decree of the so-called head of the DNR, Denis Pushilin.
