The Verkhovna Rada denounced the Agreement between Ukraine and Russia on the avoidance of double taxation of income and property and the prevention of tax evasion.

The document eliminates tax benefits. This agreement was signed on February 8, 1995 in Kyiv. It was ratified by the Council on October 6, 1995.
