After disabling almost all large bridges on the territory of the Kherson region temporarily occupied by the Russian army, the Ukrainian troops decided to fix their inoperability with additional strikes. Thus, during the night of August 30, they again attacked the Antonivskyi road, Antonivskyi railway and Daryivskyi bridges, the “South” operational command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Facebook. more than 220 fire missions in the south of Ukraine.

In addition, the defenders made two strikes on the places of concentration of the invaders in the areas of the villages of Kiselyvka and Kostyrka, using bombers.

According to the OC, just on the night of August 30, the enemy lost 159 of his soldiers and 60 units of military equipment in the south of Ukraine.

In particular, we are talking about five T-72 tanks, three howitzers “Msta-B”, one launcher of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system, an electronic warfare station, a radar station, a 120-mm mobile mortar, five anti-tank missile systems and 40 units of armored and automotive equipment.

It is also known about two more downed Russian drones. Ukrainian fighters destroyed one UAV at night in the Pravdyny region, and another in the morning over the territory of the Odesa region. The Russian troops tried to launch the latter from the Black Sea, but it was shot down by air defense forces.
