Yaroslav Zheleznyak, the first deputy head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Tax and Customs Policy, reported this in his Telegram.

“During the preparation for the second reading, it was possible to adopt our amendment No. 39 regarding the voluntary refusal of “2% The problem was that the current legislation did not provide for how a business can voluntarily return to the previous taxation system before the end of the military and state of emergency. That blocked many who decided to pay at the “2% simplified rate” the opportunity to voluntarily pay more to budget. This problem has become especially relevant for small agricultural companies,” he explained.

According to the deputy, the law has already been signed by the president.
