The mobile phones of Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and Defense Minister Margarita Robles were tapped by Pegasus. At the same time, a Spanish ship with 200 tons of military aid for Ukraine recently arrived in Poland.
According to two technical reports of the Spanish National Cryptological Center , the phones of Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and Marguerite Robles were subjected to “illegal external wiretapping” by Pegasus. This was announced at a recent press conference by the head of government Felix Bolanos, Xinhua reports.
“There is no evidence of any breach after these dates,” Bolanos said. There were previous attempts to spy on Sanchez's phone in May 2021, and on Robles in a month.
