It will be recalled that Russia's defense industry depends on imported goods and technologies. Restrictions on the supply of goods and technology will hamper the development of new weapons in Russia.

Currently, the United States is preparing to limit the supply of technological products to Russian companies Serniya Engineering, Sertal and a number of others that manufacture weapons, equipment and technology for the Russian army and special services.
