The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Lyudmila Denisova said that due to the prolonged siege and constant shelling of Russian aircraft and artillery it is impossible to replenish drug stocks for the wounded who are in the Mariupol field hospital.
