Psychological help without psychologists: what's wrong with the new interdepartmental council created by the Cabinet?

The Cabinet of Ministers has created a council to be headed by psychologists and psychotherapists, but none of them have been included in it

A Coordination Council has been set up in Ukraine to provide psychological assistance to war victims . However, it did not include any specialists in this field, but only officials from various departments. On May 7, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Resolution “On the Establishment of the Interdepartmental Coordination Council for Mental Health and Psychological Assistance to Victims of the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine”

Of Ukraine Olena Zelenska. Its co-chairs will be Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk and Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko.

The tasks of the council will be to coordinate the executive bodies responsible for providing psychological assistance to war victims, finding solutions to any problems in this area and making proposals to improve the quality of this assistance.

I wonder how this will happen? This is of interest to psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists, some of whom have been providing assistance to victims since 2014. After all, the new Interdepartmental Coordination Council does not include a single mental health specialist or a representative of a professional public organization. It is easy to coordinate what is done by the brains and hands of others. It is even easier to “coordinate” financial flows. How many trials does it take for the country to come to power: qualified and experienced specialists have to engage in certain activities.
