In particular, back on October 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the so-called “decree”, instructing the government of the aggressor country to transfer the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant into Russian ownership.
On the same day, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, following Putin's decision, signed a “decree”, which was supposed to “legalize” the transfer of the captured Zaporizhzhia NPP “into the ownership” of the Russian Federation.
- A few hours after the announcement of the beginning of the transition of the ZNPP under the jurisdiction of “Roenergoatom”, the propagandists posted the following message. It was claimed that “all experts critical to the operation of the ZNPP signed documents with the new company operating the ZNPP”.

Yes, on October 28, the Ukrainian “Energoatom” reported that About 100 of the more than 6,700 workers of the Zaporizhzhia NPP occupied by Russian troops have signed contracts to work in the JSC “Operating Organization Zaporizhzhia NPP” created by Rosatom.
