Currently, there is a power deficit in the power system.
Power cut schedules will become more convenient for consumers. NEC “Ukrenergo” promised together with Oblenergo and local authorities to correct the situation with uneven restrictions and adjust schedules. This was announced by the chairman of the board of Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytskyi during the “Yedini Novosti” telethon.
Currently, there is a shortage of power in the power system, and Ukrenergo is forced to introduce emergency shutdown schedules. consumers. However, in some regions they are unevenly distributed: some consumers have access to electricity constantly, while others suffer from frequent outages.
“We are working to help the distribution system operators that make up these schedules so that outages are more even and more fairly distributed among consumers,” Kudrytsky said.
He said the consequences of the latest hostile attacks on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine are still being eliminated: power supply has been restored in most regions, but some settlements are still without electricity. Kudrytskyi also urged Ukrainians to save electricity in the future.
“The energy system is now like a wounded organism that needs time to recover. We continue repairs, and during this time we call on Ukrainian citizens to save energy resources. Even a few percent savings go a long way toward balancing the power system. We are grateful to everyone who is frugal with energy consumption and urge them not to abandon this useful habit. After all, this call will be relevant in the coming months as well,” he noted.
The official added that Ukrenergo is preparing for all possible scenarios of the heating season, because in the current conditions one should be prepared for the worst.< /p>
