Poland handed over KRAB self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine

Warsaw is the second largest donor of military equipment to Ukraine.

Polish authorities put 18 modern self-propelled 155 in Ukraine mm of KRAB howitzers, Polish Radio reports citing sources.

The crawler chassis is under Korean license, and the 155 mm caliber gun is a modification of British weapons. The maximum firing range is 40 km with basic ammunition. Among the weapons that came to Ukraine from Poland, about 250 T-72 tanks, self-propelled howitzers 2S1 Gozdzik and missiles “Hail”. Poland has also provided air-to-air missiles for the MiG-29 and Su-27 aircraft. In addition to heavy equipment, there are also drones manufactured by the Polish WB Electonics, MANPADS Piorun. Poland also supplies Ukraine with a large amount of ammunition.
