Of the lawsuits received by the Kyiv District Administrative Court during the first half of May this year, half concern the recalculation of pensions. The court's website informs about it.
According to the Computer Program “Records of the Specialized Court”, in the first half of May this year, the Office of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv registered 431 lawsuits. In 50% of administrative lawsuits, the defendants indicated the management of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, ”the statement reads.
In addition, the plaintiffs ask the court to oblige the relevant bodies of the Pension Fund to recalculate and pay the pension.
