“No more trust”: all Baltic countries have stopped importing gas from Russia

The President of Lithuania calls on other EU countries to stop buying gas from the aggressor state.

Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia have stopped importing Russian gas since April 1, said Uldis Baris, head of the Latvian gas operator Conexus Baltic Grid, reports Leta .

Lithuania was the first among the Baltic and EU countries to renounce Russian gas. Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda called on other EU countries to follow the example of the Baltic states.
