Due to constant shelling by the Russian army in Luhansk region, the situation with the evacuation of civilians in the region remains difficult. According to the head of the local OVA Serhiy Haidai, there are still more than 50,000 people in the territories of the region controlled by Ukraine.

In particular, the head of the Luhansk OVA stressed that those people who still refuse to leave their homes for their own safety, complicate the work of the military. He cited the situation in Kreminna as an example, where the evacuation of civilians is currently impossible due to the intensification of shelling.
