Montenegro adopted a resolution in support of Ukraine

The country's parliament condemned Russia's military aggression against Ukraine.

The Parliament of Montenegro voted by a majority for the resolution condemns the military intervention of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.

The document states that the parliament calls on the authorities of the Russian Federation to urgently stop military actions and acts of aggression that directly undermine the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, destroy the military and civilian objects and endangers the lives of millions of people, mostly civilians.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine thanked Montenegro for its support.

Earlier it was reported that Lithuania, Latvia and New Zealand are ready to support Kyiv's lawsuit against Russia in the UN International Court of Justice.
