Mobilization in Ukraine: what the agenda should look like and who is handing it over

Who should serve the summons? What should it look like?

A summons is a written document, and the law does not provide for the service of summonses orally or otherwise without the issuance of a written document.

The summons may be served by an employee of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCCSP), as well as authorized persons of local governments, heads of enterprises, institutions, organizations, including educational institutions, individuals-entrepreneurs, apartment building managers, homeowners.

The summons states:

– surname, name, patronymic, year of birth of the conscript and his address;

– place of work of the person;

< p> – type of summons (clarification of registration data, passing the medical commission, arrival at the TCCSP, conscription for military service in the Armed Forces);

– date , time and address where you need to appear;

– warning about the necessary documents;

– name of the body, seal, signature, surname, name and patronymic of the head of the TCCC.
