Metro, tram, trolleybuses: Changes in public transport in Kiev

Among other things, the interval of subway trains will be changed.

Thursday, April 21, trains the capital's metro will start going to the Lisova station, the Kyiv City State Administration said. The train interval will also change.

Tomorrow, April 21, metro trains will resume at Lisova station. The interval of traffic on all lines will be reduced to 10-15 minutes, “the statement reads.

The Kyiv City State Administration reminded that underground stations continue to receive people around the clock as shelters.

Thus, the movement of the Kyiv metro will be carried out:

  • red line – from the station “Akademgorodok” to the station “Lisova”; li>
  • blue line – from Heroes of the Dnieper station to Teremky station;
  • green line – from Syrets station to Chervonyi Khutir station.

In addition, there are transfer stations in the metro:

  • ” Golden Gate “-” Theatrical “;
  • “Leo Tolstoy Square” – “Palace of Sports”.

Non-stop trains are still passing the station:

  • Independence Square;
  • Khreschatyk;
  • Klovska.

The Kyiv City State Administration pointed out that the metro schedule may change quickly.

In addition, tram 16 and trolleybuses № 37 and № 40. In particular, they will run the following routes:

  • tram № 16 – from Kontraktova Square to the metro station “Heroes of the Dnieper”. Interval of 20-25 minutes; tlibus № 37 – from Miloslavska Street to Lisova metro station. The interval is 25 minutes; tlibus № 40 – from Kadetsky Gai Street to the Palace of Sports. The interval is 20 minutes.

We will remind, since April 18 in Kiev the schedule of work of the subway was changed and land transport . Kyiv Metro started transporting passengers from 06:30 to 20:00. Interval of trains on all lines – up to 30 minutes.
