Lithuanian President: NATO's response to Russia's chemical or nuclear strike on Ukraine will not be “taboo”

In turn, Latvian President Egils Levits added that so far no one will say what measures NATO is ready to take in response to Russia's chemical or nuclear strike on Ukraine.
